1. Mother Nature:  The time of year is key, we will schedule a time when there is little rain & lower humidity. Paint needs time to dry and will not adhere to surfaces that are not dry. Good house painters know this and won’t try to paint when the weather will prevent great results.

Choose Quality Over Price: You rarely get more than you pay for.  We have seen many ways that “competitors” use to cut costs on a house painting job (i.e., cheap paint & caulk, very little preparation, cheap labor).
